I’m wearing wrist splints prescribed for my newly diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome. I’m meant to sleep with these, but will also wear them when I’m writing at home. The good news is that I probably don’t have rheumatoid arthritis or gout, and most of my osteo-arthritis related pain should be relieved by my hip replacement surgeries, the first scheduled for June 14th.
